"Hi, I just hit 60 and I never played my job from 50-60 so IDK how to use my new skills." Imagine seeing that in your DF queues.

I think what would be cool is turning off rested experience. For example, I'm still trying to get Armorer and Blacksmith to 50 before I take the rest of my crafting jobs to 60. At the same time, I'm also leveling my DoW/DoM jobs to 60. I'd rather turn off my rested EXP bonus when I level my Armorer and Blacksmith, as they're eating my rested exp bonus, and it takes away rested exp from my lv 57 WHM that I'm leveling ATM.

This next part might be a bit off-topic, and there have been other threads about it, but I was talking to a friend yesterday over TS while we were playing FF who was leveling DRG, and he said that he's been having a hard time adjusting to his new rotation and HW skills because the only time he can use them is in level-appropriate content, and we all know that leveling roulette (unless you get a post-50 dungeon), high level roulette, trial roulette, and main scenario roulette often restrict you from using your new skills and getting used to them. He suggested having the potency of his current skills lowered in context of the dungeon he was doing (for example, being able to use Fang and Claw and Blood of the Dragon in Tam Tara, but at a lower potency) so he could always work on improving his rotation. I understood him, because the first thing I always do when I get level-synced is open up my Actions and Traits menu to see what I have and don't have access to. At the same time, I see how this can possibly never be implemented due to the huge amount of balancing that would have to be done to your skills for every single dungeon, but I think that it would help players get more used to their new rotations and have it become second nature faster.
