This would be a new idea if XIV ever had a Merit System like XI. But currently, it would do more than good for queues as it is now. As someone said, if it was for DoL/H, then I'm all for it, no questions asked. Even if there was a small cap on it, people would just do High Level Roulette (Since 60 mobs won't give exp and High Level Dungeons are suppose to give exp soon) and call it a day.
