Maybe if only a bit of the exp can be saved for another job, but not all exp. So the player earn still more exp if he play just the job that need the exp.

Or make it that you can buy with exp a scroll that give the character an exp bonus for DoM/DoW classes. Like for 100k exp you get a scroll that increase the earned exp by 15% up to 25k with a duration of 2 hours.
