I know I only did ninja with daily roulette and I can play with no issue. Besides its not going to be much different than other people who only leveled tanks and healers by fate grinding. They would be found out and I am sure swiftly booted for bad gameplay. They would only be hurting themselves.
Except if you're leveling a job off just daily roulette you're still actually playing the job

Even if someone levels solely off fates, at least they are actually playing the job
Like someone else said, would you really want to join the DF with a tank who only played his job to do the job quests and nothing else?
