    Except if you're leveling a job off just daily roulette you're still actually playing the job

    Even if someone levels solely off fates, at least they are actually playing the job
    Like someone else said, would you really want to join the DF with a tank who only played his job to do the job quests and nothing else?

    You do realize fates are mindless AOE spamming where daily roulettes you actually practice your job right? I can't really say I've seen many fate parties where tanks (assuming your party even has one) are actually tanking and marking. Besides, as I said, it doesn't stop bad tanks or healers. Dunno about you but I've run into a good amount of bad tanks in the lv 60 dungeons.

    I like this idea on the premise, however, I don't agree with most of the exploitation of it.

    for DoL and DoH classes, this would work perfectly and allow an easier time for bringing up the other classes for end game play (a grind I am killing myself with right now for FC crafting). Character specific locks and max storage of whatever say level 55 (first level that came to mind) requires. This way you will be able to fill it, but also it requires you to use the class past a certain level point since you won't 1 and done the level bar. Also give it a shelf life equal to the week like we get for Catpot at the GS.

    For the DoW and DoM classes, these need to be played. You could still do the above, but setup the exchange so that way it only provides 1/2 or 2/3 of the levels your working on so the player still has to play, but it makes grinding dailies or FATES less of kill joy.

    Also, for the sake of balancing, the Dev Team could provide a setup to where we as players on a sub level can change between the Sanctuary Bonus or the Exp Bank. this would allow for some balancing between them since if you had a character with max sanctuary bonus, that would be a +50% on top of whatever is withdrawn from the Exp Bank.

    I would trade one for the other personally. However, I would limit it by DoW, DoM, DoL, DoH, but also allow for an exchange between them, example:

    I have a monk lvl 60. lets say its setup that 10% of exp points I get while lvl 60 monk goes into the bank. At a penalty of 25% to 50% I could change those over to DoH. However, I still have only a week to use what I accrue so I would have to work fast.

    Lastly, also have it setup with no carry over. Time X to Time Y. clocks ends and the bank is Zero'd out. That way its an all or nothing.

    I dont know about just give the exp to another job, but for me its better have another bonus bar apart form the rest one for that. So lets see you do dungoens with your 60 and gettin more and more of that bonus bar.

    Im no totally ok with your idea because, its goin to be slow, but people can take their jobs to max level without know how to use the joband we have a lot of those people already xD. At least with another bonus Bar they going to level faster but they need to use it.

    I don't think this is a good idea.

    I'm pretty sure Square Enix wants you to gain levels with the class you are currently using and not be able to level one class and give it's experience to others.

    This is a great idea, but it wont happen. Same reason why you can either get stones or exp from the daily roulettes. The longer it takes you to level/gear up through stones, the longer you keep your sub going. In the end its all about money and tbh its understandable.

    An idea like this could work really well if the banked exp. behaved similarly to rested exp. where exp. gained at 60 would be "stored" and then added to whatever exp. you gained while leveling a non-capped class. That way you still need to play the class to use it, but the leveling experience can be eased. God knows after your 5th-6th level 60 the idea of trying a new class makes you want to perform sudoku.
