New made character runs smoother than My main character on same server Why?

Hi all i was wondering if anyone else has notice this. I made a new character on my same server shiva just messing about and when i started to play with this character i noticed everything was very smooth and my character seemed to be moving around the areas at much higher frames per second than my main character who is also on shiva server. Im playing on PS4. It just seemed my main character seems to run around the same areas not as smooth to the new one a created. Anyone have any idea's i would be grateful to know

On Playstation 3 whenever I played as my Lala, I would notice much smoother play than when I was on my Roegadyn main. Both are on Balmung. All i could think of was that my roegadyn is bigger and the higher level clothes have more detail than my small lala wearing really simple lowbie gear. I don't know though.

Yep, noticed this with my Lalafell and Highlander aswell. I used Fantasia and the Lalafell has more fps then the Highlander. Maybe the height is a factor to the fps with the game? It could be that, because the Lalafell is small, they use less server memory thingy.

They've mentioned that inventory attributes to load times whenever you enter or exit an instance. I believe they said retainer stuff counts too, though I may be mistaken on some other issue.
So if your system is rather low end, or a PS3; perhaps having little amount of junk and gear is lowering the memory load on your character, causing smoother transitions.
