LF a exceptional Bard, BLM/SMN and SCHfor alexander savage

Hey there, We are currently in the last phase in A3S with only 4 hours put into it. We are all fast learners and looking to progress/clear content as fast as possible whilst having fun. We are looking to raid around 4-5 days a week from 6:30pm until 10pm BST+1 and possibly more time in the weekends if people want to. You be able to speak english fluently and understand it as well as having access to TS3.
What we want from each class:
A bard who pushes good dps and knows when to sing and when to maximize dps (No greedy bards who don't sing TP for melee DPS please)
A SMN/BLM who can push high damage and is flexible between both classes if possible but not nessesary.
A SCH who pushes alot of DPS in cleric where possible and knows when to provide mitigation for the group and when to DPS and let the WHM solo heal as well as having a good understanding of healer synergy.

My BLM is ilvl 200 also but no experience raiding.
