LF a skilled DRG/NIN to join a A3S last phase progression group.

Hey there, we are a group currently in the last phase in A3S around 40% where the tethers + blue balls spawn. We are a newly formed group and have only been together a few days and made fast progress already with only 4 hours put into A3S. We are all fast learners and looking to progress/clear content as fast as possible while being competitive and enjoying raiding together.

What we expect from you:

• Speak and understand the english language fluently.

• Have a working microphone and access to TS3.

• Have experience starting from A3S last phase is a big plus otherwise have at least cleared A1S/A2S.

• You are a independent thinker capable of thinking for yourself.

• You are friendly and show respect to others.

• Ability to learn mechanics quickly and adapt to situations by your own initiative.

• Consistency.

What we are looking for:

• A DRG/NIN who strives to to improve every raid and maximize DPS as well as being able to use the gobwalker in A2S or willing to learn it is a must.

• A SCH who knows when to use cleric to push DPS and when to provide mitigation for the group as well as healing if nessesary, proper use of fairy buffs and a good understanding of healer synergy.

What we can offer you:

• A friendly, layed back atmosphere while upholding a competitive feel.

• Selling difficult endgame content, you will make lots of gil so you won't have to worry about pots/food etc.

• A group of individuals always striving to work together and improve to create a great team synergy and improve as players.

Raid Times:

• 4-5 days a week from 6:30pm until 10pm GMT and possibly more time in the weekends if people want to.
