Back at launch we had tomestones of Philosophy (uncapped, for i70 Darklight equipment) and tomestones of Mythology (capped at 300 per week, used to buy i90 equipment that was a palette swap of the job quest stuff).

No extreme primals, they were added in 3.1.

We had the base relic quest (A Relic Reborn) and the ability to upgrade them to Zenith with 900 mythology tomes (was just called Relic + 1 at launch).

The Binding Coil of Bahamut also existed for i90 Allagan equipment with the t5 weapon later being upgraded to i95 since people complained the +1 relic was equally strong but easier to get.

On the crafting end I think we had two star crafts and unspoiled nodes at launch. No master books.
