I have had my game since Beta ended, I was a player who was able to start playing early.
I have a windows PC and an Apple Imac.

I bought the Windows version and the Apple version. I have had very little time to play because the Apple version is still being worked on and I understand technical difficulties.

However I haven't been able to play my Windows version because of this error:error -2146697208 http://frontier.ffxiv.com/arr_win/in...ime=2015-(date at end varies)

Just every so often I am able and I can play for a while or a few days.

For at least 75 % of the monthly time I have paid for I have not been able to play the game at all.

I have worked with support, it was fixed one time on Windows and still in progress on Apple.

This windows bug is very old and I find things on the forums dating back to when the game came out.

I like FF14 and I would like to play the game. However I am thinking about asking for my money back and not playing it at all.

IMO this game is old enough to have a resolution for the windows script error.

Please help me. When you put the old Windows launcher up it works fine. When the new launcher comes up the trouble starts again. It does not run very long.
I uninstalled my game today hoping to reinstall it and have it work. However the error is in the launcher and it will not download the game. Your error is in your newest launcher but not the old.
