Absolutley terrible input response in Ifrit battle

I did ifrit fight 8 or so times last night not once did i notice freezing of character animations etc...... maybe a poor PC performance problem????

Animation lock as in you can't move while an attack animation is playing, which makes it impossible to dodge attacks that happen when you're using an ability.
