Phial of Fantasia Didn't Offer Character Customization Sliders

Used a Phial of Fantasia and didn't have the option to customize my character. Being new to the game, I thought it would come after choosing my race and deity. Once confirmed, it was too late. Since the entire reason for using the Phial was to create the exact character desired, please restore the Phial even if it means my one-time account item restore is used. GM instructed me to post this issue here. I created another character to see if the character customization option was something I just overlooked and that menu is completely obvious. It simply wasn't there after using the Phial.

It is supposed to be a right click/square menu option when on login screen befor you select your character... maybe recheck there.

Steps:
1.Used Phial of Fantasia to customize character
2.No character customization sliders were present while customizing. Being new to this process, I believed this step would come after choosing race and deity.
3.Character was created with default settings and the Phial was wasted. As the initial character creation process takes you through the sliders, this should be considered a bug.
4.Please restore the Phial of Fantasia even if it uses up the one-time account item restore.

Using a fantasia puts you into the editing mode for a finished character. This gives you three tabs to change between: "Race & Gender", "Clan" and "Appearance" The sliders are under the "Appearance" tab in the character creator.
