Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee that a direct response will be posted on this thread, but I do recommend checking here or here for details regarding the development team's investigation. Also, since you have stated that you have experienced similar troubles with other cutscenes, it may prove to be very helpful if you contact the SQUARE ENIX Support Center, just in case they may be able to find what may be causing you to be stuck on a black screen during these two different cutscenes.
