Burning man cutscene bug

When doing the quest Burning Man, I go to see the company leader's speech, but instead of loading the cutscene it just goes to a black screen. I've let it run for several minutes before finally forcing the game to quit and reloading. Now, every time I log in, it tries to load the cutscene, and still fails. So in other words, I can't play anymore. What is going on?
I'm playing on Windows 7. My ISP is Roadrunner (Time Warner). Speed is over 2Mbits. This happened on Wednesday, October 12 at around 2:15 pm Central Standard time.

Area and Coordinates: Ul'dah, not sure the exact coordinates. Its where you have to go to view the cutscene where you see the leader's speech. Every time I load in it tries to play the cutscene so I can't just look at the map.

Steps:
1. Pick up the quest from the Uldah company.
2. Go to the ferry dock and fight enemies
3. return to company, get sent to see the speech
4. Trigger the cutscene
5. Get stuck

I have made sure to submit all of your information to the development team, and they will make sure to thoroughly investigate this matter, based on your report. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee that a direct response will be posted on this thread, but I do recommend checking here or here for details regarding the development team's investigation. Also, since you have stated that you have experienced similar troubles with other cutscenes, it may prove to be very helpful if you contact the SQUARE ENIX Support Center, just in case they may be able to find what may be causing you to be stuck on a black screen during these two different cutscenes.
