    It's a Middle Age setting, every couple of millenia the world ends AGAIN, and our player characters are adventerures by trade.

    All that put together makes it almost impossible for someone besides the 0.1% of societies wealthyest to be anything but fit to malenurished..

    What about those with mansions? Hehe...I agree though it would be nice to see different shapes, I'm happy with my character atm but can see why others would want different sizes.
