Priorities is the main things to work on.

Piss off the healer and you're gonna have a hard time.

With the new eu server

Now instead of using lustrate and having it heal me instead of my tank who just died... I get to see the lustrate on the dead body of my tank
So yeah less animation lag, still some brain lag from me...

And I know that the job of the heal is to anticipate...
Maybe i'm over confident in my tank survivability

And my scholar got upgraded in necromancer... But still failling in his duty (tank keep eating the ground w.w)

Ever been in those situations where everyone is dying and you have no clue what to do? Maybe you're out of mana? Maybe you're just focusing on keeping the tank alive?

As an Astrologian, I've come to respect healers even more than I did as a DPS, you all do great jobs.

What I'm asking for here is advice. If things start to turn sour in a battle, I crack and will usually end up wiping.

How do you guys cope with the stresses of healing?

The only time I really feel stress is in a 4 man when doing like the final boss, getting it to 15% or something and then doing something stupid and me dying, like last night in Neverreap, no idea how as I was with everyone else but when it did that one huge AoE that knocks back, it blew me right off the edge. So I had to sit and watch for about 3 minutes as everyone's HP slowly went down, until they all wiped leaving the boss with like 10% HP forcing us to start over. THAT's the worst!!!! Luckily that doesn't happen, but I much prefer 8 man so you at least have another healer to help out.

The best way to avoid stress is by experience and knowledge.
Once you know the pace of fight/battle, you'll quickly notice that there's no reason to really stress it.
Best example for me is in A1S after tankbuster, a lot of people are panicking and spamming, wasting a lot of mana, when there's not going to be a huge chunk of damage before the next cleave, that leave you a lot of free window to heal.
The only stressful situation I can imagine is in dungeon with people derping, aurum vale is a perfect example for that.
If by mistake, a dps or even you aggro a pack, just heal the dps to get back aggro and run to the tank to make it easier while still healing the tank.
You'll never get one shot in dungeon (unless you tank around 8 mobs), so even if you drop at 50-60% during the time the tank will take back aggro, it's ok.
You won't take damage again when the tank has the aggro.
The worst healers for me (when I'm playing tank) are the one that starts running like headless chickens once they aggro one mob.
Just stay calm and everything will be fine.

As much as many have said, I don't feel any particular stress as a healer. However when I'm tanking.. now that's what stresses me. I'd have to have eyes everywhere as of the moment, I only see one mobs enmity meters towards the party members at once. (The other enmity list without bars doesn't much help me since I'm used to exact information as healer :> ) guess it's an experience thing, all around

Tanks > Yourself > Cohealer > Good dps > Bard > Bad dps (that sit in aoe or have no idea what to do). If your cohealer is useless and some honestly are Tanks > Yourself > Good dps > Bards > Cohealer > Bad dps
