Didn't realize that SCH healing abilities do not get the +20% buff. That is kind of messed up.
The other scenario I was thinking of though with the new skills was Dissipation + Emergency Tactics paired with Succor, or Aldo + Deployment Tactics.

How so? WHM has Assize, Tetra and Asylum as abilites. None is affected by healing buffs (or debuffs, besides CS). That's not that much less as SCH. The one healing class with the least amount of abilities is AST, I guess.
SCH can't use a 650 potency cure II equivalent, we have Lustrate, a 600 potency ability. We also have Emergency Tactics + Adlo, but the MP cost is 20%+ higher than Cure II and a 30 second ability timer. MP isn't an issue most of the time on SCH, but spamming Adlo is one way to make it an issue. Abilities are the brunt of our healing. We have shields, but we can't "catch" up like WHMs without Lustrate in some situations. 80% of the time You'll be casting Adlo, Physick, ask is shield broken: if yes, Adlo, if no Physick, but sometimes its not enough to keep the tank in a healthy position. So Lustrate is our powerhouse to get them back up. The same can be said about our AOE with succor. Emergency Tactics + Succor = a 20+% more MP costing medica, Compare that to 700 Potency Medica II. We do have Eos, when we need the AOE (At the current cap, rousing her will result in ~700 potency HoT once every 60 seconds) Most of the time we'll stick with Selene for DPS.
I am fine with heal bonuses not affecting abilities. If they did, heal detriments would also affect them and I'd rather have a heal that can cut through anything.
