Pretty much this. SCH only has an 80 Potency attack (Ruin) once their dots are set up. So ideally you would have WHM and SCH alternate since WHM has a 210 Potency attack once their DoTs are placed.

WHM does need more accuracy ~+76 if you have a Bard who can use RoD occasionally.

WHM is better as DPS only in the very niche scenario in which you have a very tight and short dps check: PoM + Stone III spam...but still, if the SCH has full AF stack broil+energy drain is pretty close.

It also does more damage than malefic 2

Are you sure? I just checked and it should be 200 potency for both...but the fact that aero is instant and costs less mp is reason enough to have it on my hotbar.
