Possible new class/job?

I've not seen a post similar to this so I apologise if this is a repeated post.

So after watching the 3.1 trailer there's a possible hint that there is going to be another new class/job in later patches like the ninja. Maybe I'm over thinking it but, well look and see for yourself.

In the 3.1 trailer is shows a picture of a new character to be introduced to the story, a lalafell

And doubtful. Not any time soon at least.
They said that there probably won't be new jobs until 4.0

I think it's more the fact that in HW they have tried to make the Scions have more "unique" jobs/classes themselves, this probably won't be a job that we have access to :/ And Seer's tend to just be White Mages on steroids anyway

Well they say probably won't but for all we know they could always finish a job early and throw it out. If nothing else is a nice call back.

General consensus believes this to be Minfilia's friend Krile, based on the FF5 Character of the same name and the outfit is just like her White Mage outfit.

You're overthinking it. Yoshi flat-out said they aren't releasing any more new jobs till at least the next expansion.

Q11. Any plans to add a new job/class during the 3.x series?

A11. We’re currently working on adjusting the existing jobs, and don’t have any time to consider new jobs. New jobs will probably be introduced in 4.0.

The lalafell with the Cat-Ear Hood is likely just Krile Mayer Baldesion. Her clothes (Blue Dress with a White/Tan Jacket) seem to be based on the Chibi art of Krile's Freelancer/Suppin job from FFV with the addition of the Cat-Ear Hood used in her White Mage design.

Seer as a job seems unlikely as in most games it appears in it is basicaly an enhanced White Mage.

Aren't Seers adopted to basically what the Padjal are? Instead of cat ears we have horns and they are more or less conjurer/white mage in gameplay instances, but the name itself is kinda taken.
