New A3S Progression Static forming!

Hello! A new static is being established, starting on progressing through A3S.

Current composition:
- PLD
- SCH
- WHM
- BRD

Looking for:
- OT, preferably WAR.
- DRG, preferably with driving experience in A2S.
- NIN/MNK, ninja is preferred but exceptional monks may be accepted.
- BLM/SMN, preferably a player who has both classes on lock-down and is able to switch between the classes according to what floor.

Requirements:
- Knowledge of your class is crucial. Know your buffs, know your strengths, and know your weaknesses. Know your BiS.
- All applicable cross-class skills unlocked.
- Dedication, and a serious mindset. Be willing to put in off time to researching fights or ways to increase your DPS. This includes getting relics when they come out, as well as capping on your Eso every week.
- Access to TS, mics are preferred.
- Ability to make snap decisions under high pressure situations.
- Ability to know when you made a mistake, and able to understand how to not do it again.
- If on another server, willing to pay their own transfer fee.

To apply:
- Send a /tell in-game to either Rose Kilupa or Angela Cross, or reply here.
- Have your numbers on hand for each floor.
- Have your gear equipped and meet us in a specified location so we can inspect.
- Tell us: your experience in A3S, why you do not have a static currently, if you can make the times, as well as any other information you believe is needed.
- Expect questions. If we see potential, a try-out will be scheduled.

Raid times:
- Currently not set in stone, and can be adjusted to accommodate members.
- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, with more days added depending on if group agrees to it.
- 9pm PST to at least 11pm PST, more time may be added depending on if a progression night.

What you can expect:
- A serious group with intent to clear content as quickly as possible.
- Exceptional players who know their classes.
- Players willing to bounce ideas to perform to the greatest extent.
