Cannot spearfish anymore if I accidentally hit "fish" option.

I am not sure if this is a bug or if it is intentional. But whenever I make a mistake and hit the wrong button on interaction menu while spearfishing, the spearfish attempts I have left would all be gone.

Before the update, the Fish and Spearfish options could appear at the same time if Spearfish node is at Fishable area. Now, the "Fish" option won't appear if I'm standing at Spearfish spot, which is a very good improvement and I thank you for changing this. However, due to my own clumsiness, sometimes I use the interaction menu too fast or too far from the Spearfish spot, so I would instead use the "Fish" option.

Upon ceasing my fishing and putting my fishing rod away, I would try to resume Spearfishing, but the node would always say I am not allowed to (as in I need to run to other spot to spearfish because this one is depleted.)

The chatlog would go:

You spearfish the shallow waters. (Grade 2)
You spear 2 dart frogs +3.
You obtain 2 dart frogs +3.
You gain 5 experience points.
This vicinity will likely yield 7 more gathering attempts.
You spearfish the shallow waters. (Grade 2)
You spear 2 Allagan snails.
You obtain 2 Allagan snails.
You gain 5 experience points.
This vicinity will likely yield 6 more gathering attempts.
You do not have bait or a lure equipped.
You prepare to cast into the fishable waters. (Grade 2)
You cease gathering.
You sense nothing of interest in this vicinity.

I'd like to know if this is intentional or if it can be fixed/changed.
If it's a bug or an overlooked error in gathering system, I will file a ticket.

I can attest to this. It is 100% reproduceable. The best places to reproduce this bug would be in the rivers of Gridania where you can fish and Spearfish in the same spots.

Steps:
1. Use Spearfish action at a Spearfish spot.
2. Before the attempts allowed runs out, use "Fish" command.
3. Try to go back to Spearfishing.
4. Spearfishing is no longer available. The system will tell you there's no more to gather, as if you have used up all the attempts already.
5. Cannot be fixed, but can just move to other 2 Spearfish spots and use them up in order to make the first spot "respawn."
6. Can also happen in caves in Uldah where there's a spearfish spot in the pond inside cave.

Question: when was it you could see both at once? when standing in a spearfish pool i havent been able to fish, ever, so im just wondering :P

(Btw, if they were at same time, something would crash, since both got same shortcut 'gathering' in that case, it would fish instead of spearfish (fish is higher in the alphabet) this means when i click 'o' i would fish instead of spearfish, which i dont.)
