New to Forum, how to edit post?

Hello

I wanted to submit an entry to the Halloween screenshot contest, so I did but my picture isn't showing properly in my entry.
Is there any way I can edit my post so I can add an imgur link too or if anyone can tell me how to make my picture actually appear in post? I know most forums have rules against double posting and im worried that this first post with no picture would be accepted as my entry anyway

There is an option to edit the post.
If you can't find it just post it again and explain the issue on ur 2nd post.
Nobody will beat you up for that.

Under each post is a small brown bar.

Look to the right side. For every post it says:
< reply | reply with quote | "+ >

When you read your own posts, and assuming you are logged in the account, it will instead say:
< edit post | reply | reply with quote | "+ >

Click edit post
You will be allowed to edit your text.

How to Enter
Take a screenshot of your in-game character related to the theme of All Saint’s Wake (an in-game seasonal event) and post it in the dedicated contest participation thread here. Only one entry per person. If multiple entries are posted, only the first one submitted will be accepted. Entries cannot be edited after submission.

For future screenshot contests you may join, they always include a Discussion Thread where you can practice submitting your entries, i.e. THIS is the Discussion Thread for All Saints' Wake Screenshot Contest.

If your using the full browser version of the forum website, there will be an "Edit Post" link on the brown bar at the bottom of your posts. If you're using the miniature version optimized for cellphones and similar handheld devices, unfortunately that version of the website lacks the Edit buttons.

If that's the case, then go ahead and double post. If you don't want people telling you that you could have just edited instead, start off your next post with "Sorry for the double post. Can't edit on my cellphone," or something along those lines.

EDIT:
Sorry, missed that in the case of the screenshot contest, they've blocked editing. If your image link wasn't working the first time, I think you could just re-post again, explaining the bad link as the reason for the double post of an entry. It seems intended to keep people from changing their picture after it's voted on rather than from correcting a bad link that wasn't showing a picture.
