    It's the Japanese equivalent of the Duty Commenced broadcasts they make for NA. Unfortunately I can't watch it from my current location so I can't say much more about this specific episode

    The itinerary for the broadcast is:

    - Various catch-ups
    - Community topics
    - Want to know! Eorzea (i.e. lore)
    - Announcements

    Expect a summary of the Live Letter with the footage shown in Duty Commenced, some Q&A and fan talk, the Aetheryte lore stuff from Duty Commenced (unless it was already shown in JP?) and so on. There might be a few small hints like there sometimes are with the NA versions.
