The only person I can think of that she would give the money to to get them a seat would be Pipin, but its made clear that they do not like each other in the slightest. Although I suppose its possible she gives it to someone in the Scions.

I don't think Nanamo has a problem with Pipin. He just doesn't fill the role Raubahn does as her support.

The recent short story about her makes it clear her recent experiences were a wake up call for her. During the Calamity she learned to have confidence in herself and realised she isn't helpless. After the events in 2.55 and 3.0, I think she is a lot more pragmatic. How this plays out exactly we will have to wait and see but between her increase in wealth along with her reality check and the fact her sultansworn seem to be finally pulling themselves back together as an order, we might see her being a bit more proactive and cunning in Ul'dah affairs.
