Emotes: /liedown or /playdead?

SE needs to give us a Toy Crater "minion" along with it so I can roleplay as Yamcha whenever I want.

The devs have some strange belief these emotes will lead to inappropriate poses or abuse, which makes me wonder if they have actually looked in the game. Hell, for an RP event, a bunch of our characters were drunk and led to awkward sitting in bunny outfits. So... :|

as people said it seems stupid but they believe you will see people 'sitting and standing' (even more for male miqo'tes) on a laying down or 'dead' body making it look like they are having sexual intercorse, they haven't seen the fact that every emote can be misused, lalafell's rally looks like there using there hands for something else if done in front of another race, lets not forget the twerking miqo'tes because of pray.

if someone wanted to misuse an emote they will find a way.

if they add it in, it will work wonders for RP to play dead when ever.

Sorry to inform the devs, but you don't need to lie down to have sexual intercourse. Players have RP'ed that kind of thing with all kinds of very obvious poses already, lying down won't change ANYTHING. Those who want to do it are already doing it. Those who don't want to (the overwhelming majority!) are not gonna suddenly start rolling around on the ground with each other just because they can decide where to sleep now.

Oh, and since we are on topic already - can we also please have actual SLEEPING poses for female Miqo'te, Elezen, etc.? I think my Miqo'te's spine has a crack already and my Elezen's neck is so stiff, even when she is awake and standing, it's bent weirdly.

I'd love a liedown emote. I remember using something like that in WoW. It works well in RP situations where your character gets injured. And with the emotes we have now you can easily abuse those as well with the constant spamming. Random sounds, constant movements. Really i can't see how a liedown emote is worse than hearing a constant cheer sound play over and over which can sound really disturbing and irritating.

inb4 /disappointed and /kneel get removed, because I saw people use that for...well, a certain animalistic "fun" pose.
Along with /stretch and whatever it was that guy in Camp Bronze Lake was spamming to make his hips move while standing behind said stretching Miqo'te lady..

Point is..everything can be abused ._.
So please let us lie down. It's really important for RP, but even for the non-RPers it's still something that makes the game just feel..."right". I created a fluffy place in my new home, with pillows and a soft carpet and plushies and candles and books, I'd REALLY love to be able to lie down there, but of course I can't. I also sometimes just want to lie down on NPCs beds when I'm going afk, like the ones in Thanalan, Coerthas, etc.
