Wearing one VIT acc and putting AP onto VIT will give you just about 10~k health which will survive a melee LB at full health. A good DPS will kill you with an LB if you have 12K HP or not.

No solo dps should be able to kill you ever if they pop stuns and cooldowns if you have 12 k as a healer. Infact you should easily be able to survive 3-4 people tagging you so long as you have cooldowns. As a scholar the only way for people to kill me if I have access to all 9 of my aetherflow stacks is if a Paladin stun locks me and 2+ dps mow me down.

I have considered running with int accessories instead of vitality, but I enjoy trolling and baiting dps too much . I also can keep the party fairly healthy even with my gimped mind.

That being said you CAN effectively run with no vit investment (fluid aura etc interupts those limit breaks). But with my latency I prefer the safety of a big hp pool.

TLDR; IMO there are two playstyles healers can follow: Tank and Heal or DPS and Heal. WHM can also CC and it's beautiful when done effectively.

So easy beat then, im usually WAR in pvp and when i need to kill some scholar or healer is so easy as Stun and fast doing double Fell clave with infuriate and berseker and doing in less of one second 20k of damage XD

Personally I go for healing gear with some tank accessories. All the healing gear in the world won't do any good to my team if I die the moment someone notices me. I don't have any INT gear, because I so rarely have time to even toss out DOTs, let alone go full offense. If I'm not healing, I'm making sure everyone has Stoneskin and everyone that died has a new protect.

For secondary stats, as always in PVP you want to avoid anything with Accuracy. Spell Speed and Crit are great. If you have tank gear, try to get stuff that has Critical Hit Rate and avoid things with Skill Speed, since that stat does you absolutely no good as a healer. Remember that you can use any gear from i180 to max level, so you've got plenty of options.

Aetheric Burst, Retrogradation, Celestial Opposition and Holy all require you to be in the middle of danger. Having the HP can help a lot if you have a more aggressive play style. If you prefer to sit back and turret heals, VIT is not needed.

I agree. I've switched between full MND and some VIT accessories and I prefer the added HP. It depends on your play style -- at the end of the runs I tend to have as much dmg taken as the tanks do. As for the left side of equips the achievement set gives INT which helps a little with our lack of cleric stance in PVP. But you're better off CC, imo. Healer dmg is lacking.

Healers make great tanks on vit gear

But if you like staying in the back and healing like in pve then wear what you normally wear in pve

I have two sets I use.

1) Full field commander for INT nuking
2) BiS Spell Speed pieces with 1-2 VIT accessories.

Can switch between sets when you're not in battle.
