    90001 and 90002 error non-stop issue suggestions?

So I am not sure if anyone else is having this issue but I would like to ask for some advice. About 3 months ago I started getting a 90001 and 90002 errors randomly as I play FFXIV. It wasn't very consistent and really was more of a nuisance than anything . Last night, however, it started to become very frequent, like every 5-20 minutes. It has been very random with its times but it is mostly a 90001 error, every now and then it changes to 90002. I looked up everything in google and reddit and the forums that I could. I tried to download NIC drivers, resetting my connection, changing out an either-net chord, doing spyware and malware scans. I even went as far as to reinstall my entire operating system and do a clean wipe of my hard drive. The problem has not been fixed.

I am still randomly getting a 90001 error. It does this with no other game. Some posts say that it is SE itself, some say its on the users side but after reinstalling my operating system I'm not so sure that it is. Please is anyone else getting these issues? Am I the only one? Should I just sit tight and wait for SE to do a all world maintenance? It's seriously affecting game play as I cannot sit in a que in duty finder any more since I lose my place instantly upon getting disconnected. I am really at a loss here. T_T

    It could be your internet/router?

I know for the past few months I would occasionally get 90001 (I use comcast). I decided to then use my cell phone's 4g and tethered it and everything is fine.

It's a both a server and internet connection problem. Why would you wipe your hard drive and reinstall your OS? It doesn't work like that. It's like that commercial with the old lady inviting her friends to her house, then putting pictures and notes on her wall. Then her friend disagrees and the lady said she is unfriending her. That's NOT how that works with server errors and connection problems. Lol

I attempted to go Xfinity for the 75Mbps speed since I initially had AT&T Uverse at 18Mbps. I had Uverse for three years. When I tried Xfinity, I kept getting those errors with waaaaay too many disconnects. Using Uverse again, I had no issues outside of normal server lag.

Had this same exact issue happen to me a few weeks ago. I asked a friend about it and he said it was my router. Specifically he asked me to pay attention to the lights on the router when the disconnect happens. When I did I noticed the lights changed color. I then reported this to my ISP and they said my router had given out. Got a replacement one and fixed the issue.

    Hope this helps.

Because its not my internet. I have 3 people in the apartment who are all connected to the same network and they all also play 14 without having dropping issues. My modem/router hybrid is brand new, just got it a month ago. This is why I tried to wipe the drive. Other than that I did look up several things on the internet regarding this issue and one of the things someone suggest was malware/spyware eating my upload speeds. And what is with that analogy anyway? The hell do you think I would go so far as to install my entire operating system.

One of the first things I assumed that it was the internet. I restarted the modem several times in the beginning, also as I said before, I have a new modem/router. Comcast keeps giving me defective models I guess I'm not sure but I've changed it 3 times in the last year. So far no one else in my apartment is having issues but I was just hoping to see if anyone else was having problems.

I've been having this problem too, what is your Anti-virus? I run Avira, and disabling it seems to fix the issue.
