Raiser of Mountains in a single day?

So I saw a player with Raiser of Mountains title recently while doing the Halloween event. Knowing this to be a ridiculously rare and nigh impossible achievement to get as of right now, I looked them up on the Lodestone to see how long it took them.

According to their achievements, which they luckily had unlocked, they got the 10k Mini Cactpot achievement, the 500k Mini Cactpot achievement, AND the 1 million Mini-Cactpot achievement all on the same day, 7/20/2015.

I believe this is the same mystery person who somehow was the only person in the world to have both the 1 million and the 500k achievements on the census SE released a while ago, and which baffled me when I saw it.

And baffles me now. This person seems to have exploited the game somehow to do this, and I'd really like to know if this is a known bug or what?

The only way would be by winning the jumbo cactpot. Check previous winners in the saucer to be sure.

Except you only get 3 Mini-cactpots a day. That's 30k at best. This person went from 10k to 1million in one day......

20th July was a Monday. They probably won the cactpot draw the day before and only just picked up their prize. It would certainly explain why they unlocked everything in one go.

This is the Mini-Cactpot, not the Jumbo Cactpot. The achievements for winning X amount of gil from the Jumbo Cactpot are separate from winning X amount from the Mini-Cactpot.

Also, this person has the Fenrir mount, so they "won" the money, and used it to buy one of the rarest mounts in the game.

Did they only add that particular achievement and its previous steps some time after the implementation of the gold saucer? 'Cause the only way I can see that being legit is that someone had already won a million before the achievements were implemented. Then once you win anything in the mini cactpot you'll get all the achievements at once.

At least, I'm pretty sure I've seen achievements work that way with other stuff.

EDIT: Nope, that achievement was present as soon as the Gold Saucer arrived, far as I can tell. Sounds pretty shady.

That does seem pretty shady. I'd report it to be on the safe side - there were a few achievements during the expansion's launch that were rewarded incorrectly so it's possible other exploits exist.
