Well, that's you and your FC. My FC has a considerable console playerbase; having something that *everyone* can use, bar none, can only be considered a boon.

Jenova has probably the highest ps4 playerbase, especially considering it was the ps4 launch server.
Skype on ps4? That'd be nice. Right now I move a laptop next to me, but sometimes my cats race by and knock the power cord out.Rumor has it Skype will be coming to ps4 sometime in Quarter 1 2016.
As an alternative for PS4 chat, you can run your ps4 to the line input on a laptop/desktop sound card, then use Playstation Wireless Headphones on your PC.
You'll hear all the audio from the PS4 as well as anything else running on the PC "effectively mixing them together" and still sit on your couch.also have to use a headset to avoid an echo from the microphone being near the speaker.. I imagine it'd work better with sound coming through my TV.

That would be a boon to dealing with raid voice chat for console users. I would certainly consider paying for a server then.
Hmm my experience on Cerberus is also a pretty high rate on PS4 players... in my old FC we were like 70% PS4 players without ever aiming for PS players. And also with pugs/raids I find a good amount PS Players... assuming its a 50/50
