Square released the near-unusable Mac version for full price knowing it was unplayable just to have another revenue stream, why would they ever drop the PS3 version? In ten years the PS3 version of the game will be running at five frames per second, and still they're a chance a few people will buy it to at least try it out.

Where is my hardware anti aliasing Square Enix? We are approaching 2016 and your game only has FXAA.

All methods of AA are a mix of hardware and software. WoW's AA modes have there own potential drawbacks. There is no magic AA method that'll work perfect in all situations. FXAA comes close to achieving SSAA quality w/ almost no performance hit.

The image Sirius linked shows that WoW has both MSAA and SSAA, that forum post was made before they were reimplemented.
