    If it comes out next year it probably will. I imagine sony will kill the PS3 next year in the US based on nobody I know talking about PS3 games coming out but who knows they seem addicted to it. Regarding graphics quality, improved texture resolution could be implemented both on the PC and the PS4 which is a great platform for 1080 resolution with no real big limitations for that resolution. That would be a simple way to improve the look a lot without killing performance from making realistic looking grass or something. For anyone that thinks the PS3 is fine and does not limit playability try using PS3 version of destiny and then the PS4 version, even the menuing system is absurdly slow on PS3 and 360.
