The last expansion added areas based around a theme of flying and added a tank, healer and DPS job. I'd like to see the next expansion based around water (sailing, swimming and diving). As for new jobs, I'd love to see Dancer (which could actually be positioned as any of the tank, healer or dps roles).

What might be fun would be a Dancer that could be progressed to be tank, healer or dp (like different styles of dance). I'd love to see Krump as a style used for tanking dance!
