multiple keys in Limsa Lominsa Dungeon

Keys in Limsa Losminsa dungeon end up in the loot list of a character, however, it is possible to have multiple keys in the loot list, circumventing the attempt to make it one key per character. Thus enabling the player to open one chest multiple times in succession despite the key being unique.

I'm not sure if this is intended or not, so I'm putting it here.

could be a oversight or maybe not sometime it take 2-3 times to get the other key within the chest.
