Achivement "The Kindness of Strangers III" bugged

I raised 59 people on the game (not in my party) and the Step III of "The Kindness of Strangers" wanted 50 people raised but I still not claimed it.

If you met the requirement before the achievement was added, you need to resurrect one more person for it to register.

Many achievements are bugged. I still don't have the one for getting a chocobo whistle (got it over two years ago), for officially enlisting with the flames (again, two years ago), and for getting 3000 commendations (should have got that one earlier this summer).

Might also be an issue with how it is tracked.

Maybe they have to accept specifically your raise while you are still in the zone. So if someone else casts raise before they get up they get the credit or if you zone before they get up you don't get the credit. Could also be that someone had recently cast on them--while the system is waiting for them to accept/decline, it may not register your casting.

Either scenario can have a screwy impact around fates and NM's and not necessarily bugged, but working as intended.
