    I wish they would allow us to receive a refund when relinquishing.
    I'd like to upgrade to a Medium house if one comes up... but since I already own a small house I can't buy one without losing everything

    However if I demolished my home via abandonment I could get a 80% refund on the land.
    It just seems backwards that I can't get the refund for relinquishing as well.
