I mean, 2.0 was a completely worthless limit break. I think that's all the new lb was designed to counter; all the "2brd dungeon groups have no lb" complaints and stuff.

I don't really think this was ever intended to make brd/mch lb competitive with other lb's, but the priority used to be st: melee>caster>nothing, aoe: caster>melee>nothing. Even if phys ranged are at the bottom of the list, they're at least on the list now.
