A hardcore EU static based on Odin server is looking for a main tank (PLD/Drk pref but war can be considered !)

- Who are you and what are you looking for?

Group that has been raiding together since Binding Coil of Bahamut, originally based on Sargatanas server, but decided to switch to Odin and reform our static. We are
hardcore raiders, putting substantial amount of effort and actively working on improving at all times while staying highly adaptible to different strategies required to beat the raids and capable of playing multiple jobs at top level. And that's exactly what we're expecting of you; we're looking for players who are interested in clearing content as quickly and efficiently as possible, players who are open to criticism and ready to improve and give their best.

Due to circumstances we are slightly behind the curve this patch cycle, most of our members having only A3S clear or at least full experience of the fight. While we're not asking for A3S clear from our potential applicants, A1S and A2S clears are mandatory - as well as full experience of A3S (last phase or enrage). We're looking to clear A3S within a week or two and start working on A4S as soon as possible.

As far as future patches and content go, we plan on contesting early kills.

- What's your scheduling?

While we do raid a lot more than average group, our fundemental belief is quality over quantity. We have somewhat relaxed schedule because we value our free time and getting burnt out doesn't help in clearing content either, 15-20 hours a week are the minimum, though. Raids during workdays usually start at 7:30 p.m Server Time and last for around 3 hours, more or less. Saturday stays flexible, we start earlier and possibly end later than usual. For the most part Sunday and Monday are break days, but if we're pushing for kills additional raid days and hours might be scheduled according to everyones availability. Obviously after beating all of the content that patch has to offer, hours reduce drastically, we clear the raids on Tuesday and rest of the week can be spent playing other games or even selling content if there's a need for gil.

- Why should I pick you over other statics?

The million dollar question! We like to raid in a relaxed environment with no pressure, but we still expect everyone to give their best. That means there's no angry raid leaders shouting at you all the time, or condescending attitudes judging your every move. We do however encourage constructive criticism, we're open to everyones ideas and opinions, always looking to improve as a group and as individual players. What really makes us different from most other groups out there is that being a part of our static is not just business. We like to hang out outside of FFXIV and play other games together. We are just a group of friends that happen to share the same passion after all.
