I'm so sick of the lag spikes. It's been happening to me since 3.1 or since the EU split even though I'm on the NA server.

did SE split servers in half and move them to Europe and the rest of the servers in NA are now working overload? I can't think of other reason.

Raised the matter many times,never got a ticket number

Anytime, expecially at peak times. Started happening about 2 weeks or 3 ago.

from twice to trice per minute to once every 5 minutes. Ping will raise from 200-300 (which lets me play ok) up to 2, 3 or even 4k ms

Anything really. Raid, Craft or farm.

Still having big issues with lag. It is impossible to play any content at times... too often actually...

N/A, didn't raise a matter with them as this never happened before the 3.1 updates. Post 3.1 update this starting to happen and still persisting even after changing the modem/router/etc. Thought this will be fixed on 3.15 or the subsequent hotfixes but the lag spike still there.

About every 3-5 minutes and spikes for a couple of seconds everytime

Mostly in instances and dungeons where it can be easily found occurring, outside in towns and non-combat area lags too but not as frequent.

Most noticeable during evenings (morning GMT), but fairly consistent.

The trace is about the same as going to the US servers, until the hop to Frankfurt where it then accumulates an extra ~200ms lag.
