When does the problem occur (e.g. only during specific times such as in the evenings?): Started only at anytime in instanced content. Now happens anytime and anywhere upon logging into the Chaos datacenter.

Frequency of problem (e.g. every 2 minutes): Started at first about ten minutes after going into any instanced content. Now happens immediately upon logging into the Chaos datacenter.

Game content in which the issues occur (e.g. dungeons, trials, certain areas): Started with instanced content, but now all content and areas.
