When does the problem occur (e.g. only during specific times such as in the evenings?): all time

Frequency of problem (e.g. every 2 minutes): all time

This issue not only in last days, it was very long time ago as i was on Alexander (JP). Thinked after transfering on EU server it'll be better, but it's the same. Sometimes it's playable but most time it's impossible to play in this game with such lags. Think to cancel subscription more and more(((
