Latency/Connection Issues Since the Launch of the EU Data Center

The issue is here that the hop breaks down after hop 3, Hop3 is the cogeco network once out of the network we have no control this is something to forward to Square Enix.

When does the problem occur (e.g. only during specific times such as in the evenings?) - Always
Frequency of problem (e.g. every 2 minutes) - I always have a 0.5s input delay
Game content in which the issues occur (e.g. dungeons, trials, certain areas) - Everywhere

According to Cogeco, Hop 4 and on is SE's Network and for some reason I am now being routed through Europe even though I play on an NA Server (Hyperion) only 4 hours from the actual game Server in Montreal.
