Quoting my old post again as the problems I mentioned in that post came back today

When does the problem occur (e.g. only during specific times such as in the evenings?)
Throughout the entire day

Frequency of problem (e.g. every 2 minutes)
Between 5 seconds and a minute

Game content in which the issues occur (e.g. dungeons, trials, certain areas)
Everywhere, it happens more frequently in dungeons/trials though
