    - Reference number from your ISP, if you have raised this matter with them
    Raised the matter many times,never got a ticket number

    - When does the problem occur (e.g. only during specific times such as in the evenings?)
    Anytime, expecially at peak times. Started happening about 2 weeks or 3 ago.

    - Frequency of problem (e.g. every 2 minutes)
    from twice to trice per minute to once every 5 minutes. Ping will raise from 200-300 (which lets me play ok) up to 2, 3 or even 4k ms

    - Game content in which the issues occur (e.g. dungeons, trials, certain areas)
    Anything really. Raid, Craft or farm.

    Still having big issues with lag. It is impossible to play any content at times... too often actually...
