    Allmost all day game is unplayable , game freezes because packet loses , get dc like once every hour.

    All the time, but its worse during the evening

    During the evening, pretty much two - four lagspikes every min.

    Frequency of the problem: Every 30 seconds. Never more than two minutes.

    Game content: Everything. Mini-cactpot can take up to 2 seconds to reveal a number. Bosses warp, players rubber band, skills don't register, etc.

    Everywhere, particularly bad in dungeons and FATEs

    I've been playing since May and have never had an issue with lag. I'm on Diabolos. Terrible rubberbanding in dungeons and horrible lag makes the game nigh unplayable at times. My ISP doesn't seem to keen on helping, so any solution that Square Enix can propose on their end would be great. Thank you!

    They didn't give me reference number, they said they "were not concerned".

    It seems alright during the day, but it gets progressively worse. The peak of latency starts in the afternoon, and the game becomes unplayable in the evening. Since I can't change my working hours... Well. I can't play Final Fantasy XIV at all =/
