I contacted them but they didn't give me any reference number (i think it's my phone's number that's used here)

All the time but more frequent the evenings

Frequency of problem (e.g. every 2 minutes)
all the time, every 15s in the evenings and week end, every 5 min during a week day

Game content in which the issues occur (e.g. dungeons, trials, certain areas)
all content (world, dungeons, gold saucer and raids...)

i found where the problem lies thanks to "tracert" function.

I'm playing on PS4 (so vpn are quite annoying to use), and on odin server.

Allmost all day game is unplayable , game freezes because packet loses , get dc like once every hour.
