Been happening all the time, noticed it 25th of october while raiding (first time it was severe). I pinged the servers on the first days and I was sitting at 65ms, it suddenly changed to 95ms and it's right now sitting at 140-180.

Sometimes less than 1 min.

Evenings mostly, around midnight-early morning.

Constant when it's happening.

Everywhere. Hitting dummies or hitting dungeon mobs, it happens with both. Players rubber banding, mudra latency being so bad that they don't even register, the latency is constant.
