Latency/Connection Issues Since the Launch of the EU Data Center

i'm experiencing frequent disconnects for the last week or so
nothing changed on my end and my connection is stable, no disconnects on other service

• Name of Internet Service Provider (ISP)

  1&1

• Country of residence

  Germany

• When does the problem occur (e.g. only during specific times such as in the evenings?)

  All over the day

• Frequency of problem (e.g. every 2 minutes)

  pretty random, once or twice per houer

• Game content in which the issues occur (e.g. dungeons, trials, certain areas)

  all areas, mostly in the world, only once or twice in dungeons/instanced content
