Can't transfer off of Gilgamesh

I've been trying, for three days, to transfer off of Gilgamesh to Sargatanas. When I get to the Mog station and get the destination list, Sar isn't listed. I've tried at different times of the morning and late at night and nothing. It's seen on other people's lists, as I've had others look for me just to see.

I have no retainers, I have no housing, I'm not in an FC nor am I on any FC start-ups. I have met all the requirements to transfer so I'm not sure what's happening. I've contacted SE Support. They told me to contact them again if I couldn't get in today and when I did, I got another response telling me to file an IN-game bug ticket here on the forum, but this isn't IN-game. I'm confused and I just want to join my friends over on Sargatanas.
