    I play various games (FPS and MMOs) with a stable 120 ms Max (Examples: LoL, WoW, Diablo, Overwatch, DotA 2 etc.)

    Haven't raised it with EE as I only have problems with FFXIV. No other games or streaming.

    There's no specific worst/best time.

    All the time but becomes very heavy during dungeons

    Open areas solo or grouped, dungeons (4 man) ... basically anytime I have to fight or heal.

    Extra Information:
    I have disconnected every other device from my network, restarted my modem and computer, scanned for virus, scanned for memory issues, monitored connections with netlimiter, checked my download and uploads (which are normal). This only started to happen on about the 11th of September 2016, and it is now making the game unplayable as a healer which is the only class I am interested in. Just before this started I also subscribe to your maximum package so I am really hoping you can fix whatever the issue is.

    So Level3 gateway loosing 45% of packets
    I think its time to find another maybe not-so-great mmo for long winter evenings...

    When does the problem occur (e.g. only during specific times such as in the evenings?): At first I noticed it just in A11, but now Sophia EX and tonight, constantly throughout a dungeon. It's been unplayable.

    Frequency of problem (e.g. every 2 minutes): At first I noticed every few minutes, but now it seems more constant. I can't raid at all.

    Game content in which the issues occur (e.g. dungeons, trials, certain areas): Dungeons, raids, even in towns though not as badly. Dungeons and raids have been unplayable.

    It's only started happening since the last update and every other game I play has been absolutely fine. :C

    Summary of problem: The server is having extreme lag and intermittently dropping connection. Running a continuous ping on the server IP, I am receiving normal response time but regularly receive a "Request timed out". Performing any content in game in unplayable.

    When does the problem occur (e.g. only during specific times such as in the evenings?): Originally noticed in Thordan (Extreme) but persisted outside of instance.

    Frequency of problem (e.g. every 2 minutes): Approximately every 30 seconds.

    Game content in which the issues occur (e.g. dungeons, trials, certain areas): Entire game but makes running any content unplayable.

    This is the first time since I started the game at the lauch that I'm suffering such lags.
    I know that yesterday, somme DDOS attack affected the internet but now I can feel it.
    All my other apps or games are working but now on FFXIV, I'm having intermittent lags. I am in the US playing on a EU server (Cerberus).
    It never has been an issue even when they move the EU datacenter in Europe but today has been very bad.

    Can someone from SE can comment?

    Game content in which the issues occur (e.g. dungeons, trials, certain areas) : Every area, all the time. I still see things happening in real time (others' actions, damage happening on me) but the game does not register my actions. The game is unplayable in this state.
