    I'm going to cancel my subscription if this isn't fixed in the next few days, I will not pay for a game I cannot play. It's disgusting that this problem has persisted for this long, it's an issue on SE's part. none of the other games I play are affected so it's certainly not my connection or my ISP. Get it sorted, I'm not paying for another month for a laggy game that I can't play.

    I'm officially done, I will be cancelling my subscription on Sunday and I encourage everyone else suffering from this issue to do the same. I've suffered unplayable lag spikes that last MINUTES since the launch of 3.2 and SE have done NOTHING to fix the problem. I've sent multiple tickets yet I haven't even received an automated reply once and I've made a post on this thread and still nothing.

    SE do not care that their game is unplayable for a number of people as long as they're getting money from subscriptions. Cancel your subscriptions until SE get their crap together and fixes the issue.

    It's constant, every 1-2 minutes, especially in raids/dungeons

    Every 1-2 minutes, all day.

    On the overworld it dosen't happen to much, but dungeons/raids like Alexander are almost unplayable during a lot random freezes.

    this is really upsetting, I wouldn't mind if this was a free to play game, but I'm paying for this, so I expect the game I am paying for to work properly.

    if this isn't fixed until my subscription ends, I will def. not extend the sub.

    This issue not only in last days, it was very long time ago as i was on Alexander (JP). Thinked after transfering on EU server it'll be better, but it's the same. Sometimes it's playable but most time it's impossible to play in this game with such lags. Think to cancel subscription more and more(((

    I have disconnected every other device from my network, restarted my modem and computer, scanned for virus, scanned for memory issues, monitored connections with netlimiter, checked my download and uploads (which are normal). This only started to happen on about the 11th of September 2016, and it is now making the game unplayable as a healer which is the only class I am interested in. Just before this started I also subscribe to your maximum package so I am really hoping you can fix whatever the issue is.
